Door seal mold

We continue to experience mold imbedding into the door seal. We clean it once a month but continues to return. Called Customer Service waist of time dont care what the issue is they just read from their training book of answers Was told the once a month you need to run the cleaning tablets through he machine 3-time in a row and only use 1-2 table spoons of Tide.

I have had other washers and this one is by far the best It is not noisy it washes the clothing great without ripping seams or ripping zippers off it has a turbo wash setting for when you dont have time it has drain spin options it is my favorite washer ever

Had tech come out occasional noise but mainly water on the floor. He says it needs cleaning. we do it monthly but we have ran 6 cycles of Afresh cleaner since his visit and it still leaks even more Of course warranty is up so not going to do another LG for sure

Worked great first few years then pump went bad and making loud noises could not define. Still making the loud squealing noise time to time and now leaking water on the floor. Its 5 years old extended warrant has ended so its time to fall apart I guess

I am so sadly disappointed all the way around. This washer is constantly not working properly we have done everything just like I am supposed to and still its an ordeal. I have skin condition so its a nightmare going to laundry mat but I have been doing it off and on for 3 weeks. 11pm and looking like I am going to have to go to laundrymat to do emergency load husband is a journeyman Lineman and got called out for storm I have 2 hrs to get him ready and cant even wash his pants. Sick of this thing

I bought this machine about 4 years ago and it is simply amazing. It got old stains out that I thought would never come out and was surprised as I was not expecting it to. It operates quietly and the self-cleaning options are great. Simply put this machine is amazing.

Front loading washing machines are the filthiest thing Ive seen. If the rubber gasket is not dried after use the mold that grows on the gasket is absolutely disgusting. I was told that leaving the door open will prevent the mold...NOT. And how many people have the room to leave a door hanging open.
