We have been using our range now for a little over two months. It's interesting that this range has no lower heating element in the oven. Perhaps that's normal for convection ovens but it certainly takes longer to pre-heat than our previous conventional oven. This unit also vents air out the front of just below the controls and above the door. This can be annoyingly cold until the oven heats up. The oven performs well on both convection and conventional. You should note that even in conventional mode there appears to be circulating air. I believe this is due to the heating element configuration. The black top shows scratches so be careful and follow the recommendations on cookware.

My Stove Replacement

I had the higher grade slide in range and it was great, but needed so many repairs after a few years had passed that our warranty gave us this new stove. On my other stove had total digital and I am technical, but hated all those digital features. This stove has manual controls and I love it. I do miss my dual oven though.

We purchased two of these ranges. They really look great in our newly remodeled kitchen. They are truly the WOW factor when installing side-by-side. We have had them for two weeks. The burners seem to be hotter than my other ceramic cooktop, something to get used to, just as with most new things. An oven probe was a MUST on my list of features and the warming drawer was a nice extra. I also like the looks of the blue interior and the action of the oven racks.

Door shattered, twice.. on two ovens... oven NEW

We purchased this oven, and upon installation, the glass door shattered. The oven was removed and a replacement was ordered. Got a call from the delivery company, they said they checked the oven before loading onto the truck, and they told us the glass door was shattered. I did a bit of research, apparently, the door has a nasty habit of shattering!Unless We hear about a solution ASAP, the order will be cancelled

Looks nice, but has a flaw

This appliance was purchased and installed by the builder. Very attractive range that functions as expected, but the front touch control panel is very loose. This flaw leads to unwanted changes in time, temp if you happen to touch the panel accidentally. I called for service and the technician that responded stated that it is a design flaw--only two screws at the top of the panel instead of one on each corner. Just leaning over the range causes something on the front panel to come on or off, and using a cloth to clean the front really causes most of the buttons to light up!

Self Cleaning Nightmare

Our new oven was delivered 2 Jan 2017 and after using the oven to cook a roast we activated the self cleaning. After the self cleaning was finished we noticed the oven door glass looked like the oven was 15 years old. Evenly distributed vertical drizzle of brown grease coated the inside of the glass. The warranty repair man said it was best just to NOT USE THE SELF CLEANING FEATURE! We also don't like the "oven lock" feature that does not silence the beeps if the panel is touched, which is every time we use the microwave above the oven. We would not have purchased this oven if we would have known about these design defects and will not recommend anyone else to purchase it.

We were excited to have our new stove for the holidays but it did not perform the way we expected. The dials are hard to read and need to be double checked all the time that they are completely off. The black top is hard to keep clean and already is marred. We had a white surface on our previous stove for that keeping clean was never a big problem. We had that stove for about 13 years. The look of this stove is very attractive but already one of the covers over the blue light, below the dial, has fallen off and needs to be replaced. We don't have much confidence in this stove for years to come, contemplating what our options might be.

I haven't been able to test out all the functions, but so far works well. Comes to boil quickly, cooks accurately on regular & convection bake. Really like the convection convert. Glass top cleans easily. Only complaint is takes awhile to heat up.

Glass PanelCracked/ Control settng Confusion

The glass panel over the oven cracked twice on us. The first time is when we moved the stove out from the wall to do a backsplash. The stove was moved gently by the sides; no reason for the glass to crack. The second time was when the warranty repairman came to replace the glass. The glass cracked as he was screwing it into the frame. Finally the salesman who sold us the oven took a door off a new stove and replaced our existing door. No problems since then.Also the setting for the timer and oven temperature are confusing. You have to push one button, set the time or temperature, then push another button to lock it in. My wife often has to ask me to do it as it is not intuitive.
