Disappointing.

I have always had Electrolux products and loved them.This one is disappointing. First I used the power head with the detangling button. In other words when hair builds up on the brush it takes the hair off. Well, it didn™™t work. I had to cut the hair off the roll. The 800 was powerful, but not as powerful as I thought it would be. The hard floor power head worked well, but again, not as I expected. I ended up returning it. It™™s a shame because, again, I love Electrolux products.

This vacuum is great. I like that you can use it as a handheld vacuum too and it has a lot of different attachments. I can go from my hardwood floors to the carpet without any problems. I have pets and it's great at picking up all the hair, especially on the furniture.

Th is vacuum cleaner is absolutely the best on the market. It is perfectly made. It has all the attachments you will ever want or need. The powerhead makes all my carpets look brand new and it is powerful. It is quiet and just a joy to use. The battery life could be a little better but this one does come with the extra battery. Charging time does not take to long. If they come out wth the replacement batteries they will beat dyson hands down.
