Bought this product two years ago, the service department has another pending visit, this will be the 11th visit on the "replacement refrigerator(same model)". With no resolution in sight. The refrigerator freezes the items stored in it, procuce, eggs, etc. This model is junk!

I would have given this 5 stars except for the fact that you can't fit a gallon of milk on the door; and the flexi-slide drawer doesn't work on this model

It's good refrigerator but the problem is there's no ice maker on it and there is no Whirlpool sign in front so the people when they look up there is no name for this product

I like this refrigerator very much - and the size, color, and features are perfect. It cools well - and worked fine for almost a year. At the 11-month mark (just as the warranty was about to run out), it began getting noisy and started to make loud "clunking" sounds several times a day. (No, there is no ice maker.) I contacted Whirlpool and they sent a technician. The technician was pleasant: he examined the refrigerator and said he would report the problem and that Whirlpool would contact me.... but THEY NEVER DID. I waited a week and called Whirlpool: they had no record of the problem and sent the same technician. Again, he was kind - but he left after 5 minutes, said he would report the problem again - and that Whirlpool would contact me about a solution.... but again, THEY NEVER DID. I waited another week and called Whirlpool. This time, they sent a new technician (from a different company). He was also pleasant and ran multiple tests - and said he felt the problem was due to inadequate insulation. He stated he would file a Claim with Whirlpool and they would contact me. I waited another week. Whirlpool never contacted me. When I called Whirlpool Customer Service today (7 days later), they said they had no record of his visit and no information about the Claim (despite the fact THEY had scheduled the visit) (and I read them the Claim Number he gave me). They told me to call back (on the same number I had just called) - and schedule a 4th visit (since they had no data from Visit #3). How is this possible? Whirlpool keeps going around and around and around in circles, where they simply send a Technician - put them don't do anything.... and I think they are purposely waiting for my warranty to run out (since they are dragging this out over 4 weeks). I think this is simply cruel - and would like to know who to contact, since each time I call Customer Service, it just goes in an infinite loop... over and over and over again (while the refrigerator just gets louder).

I bought it a month ago to replace my previous Whirlpool fridge, which was problem-free for 10 year, but started overheating after all. I have very small space for fridge, so pretty much Whirlpool again was my best option, and i hoped to get at least as good features as they were in the previous model. This is what I got: wire shelves instead of glass in the previous model, fixed shelves on the door - very inconvenient feature- instead of adjustable ones, less space for vegetables (smaller drawers) and less light. Fixed shelves on the door were designed to not fit what in need, so many bottles have to sit there tilted. On a positive side- I got a little more space inside and a precise fit into my kitchen.

Great features: large freezer, I never run out of room to store frozen pizzas, premade meals, and ice cream. The fridge, has movable shelving, can store any length, width, or heights you want. The door has a shelf that flips up to put a tall milk or juice container in. Two large crisper draws, I store my sandwich meat and cheese in one and store my veggies in the other.

Within three months of using this brand new refrigerator the door handle broke. The plastic that holds the handle to the door is very thin. Whirlpool refuses to replace it. The unit is also loud.

This refridgerator came as part of my new home purchase. It's smaller than I had hoped for and unfortunately the builder did not opt for the icemaker (would have been nice). I like the door compartments where there are multiple heights and the egg carton holder is foldable. It will suffice for my small family.

This refrigerator came in my brand new manufactured home. I did not chose it. I don't know if I had had a choice if I would have selected this particular model. It's OK as far as refrigerators with the freezer on top go. Seeing as how it does not automatically come with an icemaker, I would've expected a couple of ice cube trays to be included. They were not.

Beautiful and works great! It's best to have an ice maker installed, as ice cube trays may spill water and clog the drain and cause fan to freeze up.

This fridge came with our new mobile home. I was worried it would be too small but I find it well organized for the two of us. I have no complaints whatsoever. It's cold where it should be and frozen in freezer. Not as loud as my last fridge. All good things.

There are so many basic things wrong with this refrigerator at first glance having it just installed today. First as a disclaimer and most unfortunately, we bought it sight unseen. The issues are: 1) the door compartments are not wide enough to fit a gallon of milk. Nor are the tall enough to fit a large soda bottle. What are the two most basic things you put in the refrigerator? 2) the top two shelves in the main area are wire, not glass or plastic, which means that anything not wide enough to cover more than two wire rows, tips over. Very disappointed.

This refrigerator is fine but nothing special. The freezer door handle is square at the bottom and csn really hurt if you bang you head on it getting out of the refrigerator. Door gasket was a mess and leaked terribly. Guy fixed it but not quality. The supposed moving meat compartment does NOT move easily.

The one thing I don't like about it is the fridge setting only has three choices coldest setting freezes drinks medium setting could be a little colder!!!!!! A little loud but not as bad as others have said.
