Oven Temepearure takes too long

Two months after installation, we were disappointed with how long it took to reach the desired temperature to bake.Additionally, the promised rebate from Electrolux is going on for four months with poor communication from the rebate website and the company. We are frustrated with the poor service and communication. We can't get anyone to help us with our dilemma.

I love this gas range. This replaced my Bertazzoni gas range which was bare bones and hard to light the oven. Frigidaire range has more burners and they are more flexible. One thing. Manual could have been better. We had to learn ourselves by trial and error how to work everything

Very disappointed with customer service and performance. We purchased this Gas Range but have had significant problems getting it to Temperature. It was consistently running 30-50 degrees cooler than the set temperature. Had to set it to 500 just to get it to 450 degrees, where it stayed only temporarily and then fall to 420 degrees. Broiler never got hotter than 360 degrees. Service came out and ordered a couple of new parts. 10 days later they installed the parts and said it was fixed. However, problem continued. The service team said that the "average" difference in temp is only 20 degrees and so it is within tolerance. I watched the whole test and the temp would, at best, get to within 20 degrees but never stayed there. The average was far worse than 20 degrees. That said, they told me to call corporate if I wanted further assistance. I did, and I was pleasantly surprised that the woman told me the unit was identified to be replaced based on the service call results and that it would just take 7-10 days to process the replacement. After 3+ weeks of not hearing anything, I called again and another woman told me the unit is not slated to be replaced. She couldn't/wouldn't tell me why it wasn't being replaced but only agreed to send another service rep out. For $5400, I would expect better customer service and expect Frigidaire to stand by its product. Also, telling me it was identified for replacement and then cancelling the replacement-- without even notifying me-- was poor form. I went with Frigidaire because I thought it was a reputable brand. Will think twice when replacing my other appliances.

I am really enjoying the cooktop on the stove. The extra burners allow lots of space for big projects, like making jam. The 18K BTU burners make short work of boiling a kettle of water; great for morning coffee or a large pot of pasta. The disappointment has been the oven. I tried to use it twice; it just wasn™€™t coming up to the set temperature. I was told to try to allow more time to preheat, since it was such a large oven; that made sense. But after an hour with the oven set at 450 degrees, it never got above 350. The service man came out to check, and said he would have to order new parts as the gauge seemed to be off by about 100 degrees. Not what I would expect with a new appliance from a trusted name.

Very nice upgrade

We were given this range to review. So far we love it. We went from a 30™€ to a 36™€. I had to remove some cabinets and re-cut the counter tops but we are very happy with the upgrade. We removed a wall of cabinets to put in a range hood and it has really upgraded our kitchen. The controls took a little bit to get used to but once we did it was no big deal.still in the middle of the kitchen renovation so the picture is not the finished product.

This range is a huge upgrade to what we had previously. It is sleek looking and so far we have had many compliments on just the looks of it alone. We plan on redoing our cabinets on the side where the range sits to better place the range. I think it would look best between cabinets not offset like ours is. We seem to use the regular heat for the burners the convection burners are fast! However, I do like using the convection setting for baking/roasting better than conventional. Overall, I am in love with this range! My delivery was also wonderful and time-efficient. The two men were very kind and professional.
