We got our new stove about a month ago. So far we are very pleased. I love the function of the quick preheat! Our older model seemed to take forever! We also enjoy the warming feature on the stove top. The ™€œOld fashioned™€ knobs vs. electric panel are a definite plus! If I were to need to name a disappointment, I would say that the timer feature is not very efficient. The noise is so very brief and quiet that we always need to set an additional timer either on our phone or microwave in order for us to be notified.Overall we are pleased with our purchase.

I bought this stove a month ago and immediately had trouble with cleaning glass top. I needed to buy new pans that had smooth bottoms or it scratched glass top. Also any areas that hardened on during cooking are extremely difficult to remove. I had a previous glass top and did not have this problem. The biggest problem was the intense smoke inside oven when using air fryer. I had a drip pan but I was told by service dept from store wher I purchased stove that the new suggestion is a much bigger catch pan with foil and parchment paper. Besides the disaster of all the smoke and mess in brand new stove I need to buy a larger drip pan to use the air fryer. Wonder why that isn™€™t included since it is required to use air fryer?

I bought this stove recently and love it. It is really heavy duty and feels substantial. Well made. All the parts fit well. It is not flimsy like my other stove was. It is easy to use and when I need to find out something (like programming the automatic convection oven calculator) the directions in the manual are easy to read and understand. The oven bakes nicely (I do a lot of baking) so this is an important feature for me. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

Best Pre-Heat Feature ever

The preheat function turns on both the bake and broil coils and the oven goes from room temperature to 400 in just a very few minutes. Best "pizza" oven we've ever had. The cooktop heats fast for this style and is very easy to clean. Sometimes you need special ceramic cleaner, but that is usually reserved for big messes. The unit is very handsome and the handle matches the dishwasher - hanging towels on both is very handy.

Our Frigidaire 30" Electric Front Control Freestanding Range was installed days before Thanksgiving this year. As such, we were able to use the convection oven feature to bake our turkey. It worked beautifully! Significantly less time to bake to full completion and the meat was fully cooked but very juicy and, not usually one to enjoy the dried out texture of the white meat, I found the white meat just as enjoyable as the dark meat. Come the Winter Holidays and my wife bakes cookies. Her cookies this year are, hands down, the best she has ever baked! Though thoroughly baked, they are moist and chewy, like professionally baked cookies, and they have never tasted so good. Having read the manual, I am especially impresses by the features of the oven. For example, there is a meat thermometer that plugs directly into the interior of the oven, the other end, of course, inserted into the thickest portion of the meat. In this way, the oven itself monitors the cooking temperature of the meat. We purchased Frigidaire Professional models of your refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, as well. They contribute a beautiful look to our new kitchen - - uniform handles, same stainless steel finish, etc. Quite nice, thank you!

The broiler heats up almost instantly and water for coffee boils much faster in the morning. The shelves roll out smoothly and it cooks beautifully on convection or regular setting. Really good quality, solid.

Bought this range for our newly remodeled kitchen. It is very ™€œprofessional ™€œ in appearance. I have found the glass top easy to clean; the burners are a versatile size and heat up quickly. Oven also preheats quickly and both convection bake and normal bake functions are easy to use. If you are accustomed to digital temp read outs the dial setting for temps will take some getting used to. Biggest cons: the oven is noisy! And ironically the timer signal is so quiet you can barely hear it (and not adjustable). If Frigidaire could make the oven quieter and add digital temp controls and timer sound adjustment, this would get 5 stars from me.

flawed oven glass door

The new stove looks good, only we noticed when we turned on the oven light, it looks like a piece of tape was on the glass and someone removed it and the glue from the tape was left on the glass, then they sandwiched two pieces of glass together and the leftover glue is between the glass....service person will be out on the 26th Nov. to check it out.

We purchased this for its looks and reputation of quality. So far we have not been disappointed in its performance and how it changed the entire appearance of our kitchen. It looks professional. None of the concerns that other reviews have mentioned have been found with this range and oven. The oven vents at the top of the oven door and presents no problems. The range top is easy to keep clean and we added silicon spacers to the counter so nothing spills or falls between counter and range. Baking cakes, bread and cookies is just what we would expect; even throughout and browned as it should.The only things we would have liked to be different are the Timer Lights in the front panel should stay off unless used; it would be nice to see actual temperature in the oven to know how soon it will reach desired temperature and we would like the timer signal to adjustable to be louder.If is lasts over the years, as we hope it will, we will continue to be very happy with this purchase.

It is easy to use. The comments regarding temperature are not very clear. It is easy to set temp for the oven as the settings are set in increments of 5 degrees with smaller lines between each setting. I don™€™t have an issue with it. It preheats quickly and cooks evenly.

I wish we could have seen this oven in action prior to purchasing. It looked nice on the floor, and the term "professional" made it seem like it would have some great features, but it does not. There is no digital temperature display which is my top pet peeve. Instead it has two timers which I don't need. Another pet peeve is the faint sounding preheat and timer noise. It's so quiet that if there is music, the tv, or even conversation in the room, you may not hear it. The actual cooking of things is average. I would not recommend this high priced frustrating oven.

I went to the appliance store to see what they had and this range stood out. I found out that frigidare was made by electrolux which I wanted but it was a very very expensive price. This model was frigidaires top of the line. I am a professional chef and with the 2 convection fans in the oven I brought the truck the next day and took it home. It is beautiful
