I bought this in May 2020 and it stopped working in August. The technician finally came on October 21. We are still waiting for the compressor to be replaced. This is unacceptable from a brand new fridge.

It's capacity I larger than I expected for a refrigerator this size and it has all the features that I wanted. It keeps all my food fresh and cold without using excess energy while doing it. It's a very quiet working working refrigerator that's worked flawlessly. I love that it has features like self closing doors so I never have to worry about the door staying open. Also the low profile door handles that make it look even better and are built into the doors make the entire refrigerator my best purchase yet. This refrigerator is Everything I wanted and more!

This refrigerator was delivered on July 16,3020. On August 3rd I noticed ice buildup inside the freezer. On August 7th the refrigerator stopped cooling. I contacted Frigidaire on August 7th and was given the name of a service company. When I contacted them I was informed I was not in their service area. To make a long frustrating story short it is now August 24th and I still don™™t have a working refrigerator.

We purchased this fridge after our last one of 15yrs finally bit the dust.This one is awesome! Keeps things very cold. Love the white light. Makes it easy to see all the contents. Need to watch the temp while getting it set as we had it too cold to start and had things in the fridge freezing. But it does the job very well once the temperature is set!

Just bought the 18.3 Cu.Ft. fridge, at Costco.Once home i had to reverse the doors. ( i'v done this a few times before ).But i couldn't with this one. Something missing under the fridge door, on the side i want to switch the pin.Had to wait 45 min for someone to talk to me. The guy couldn't understand what i meant. I sent pics, but still... Some technician was supposed to contact me within 48 hrs. Guess what ?

In service almost a month now and so far working properly. Vegetable bins are small, butter or egg holder not included, but extra side shelf was. Wire racks vs. glass shelves is a negative, and freezer shelf is glass with no light inside. Equipped with filter holder, but filter must be purchased separately. If it lasts longer than the previous (different brand), it will be a very good purchase.
