As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Delivery Options

Free Local Shipping:

Most orders delivering within a 25 mile radius of our store in Cedarhurst, NY will receive free In-Home Delivery.

Nationwide Shipping:

For orders over $999, we offer free standard curbside delivery to most locations in the continental US for no additional charge. Remote locations will be subject to an upcharge based on location. You will be contacted prior to shipment processing to advise all pricing.

1) Standard Curbside Delivery:

With this service, our trucker will bring the item(s) to the front of the home only.

2) In Home Delivery:

With this service, our trucker will bring the item(s) into your home only.

3) White Glove Delivery Service:

With this service (available in most areas), our trucker will bring the item(s) into your home, remove them from the packaging and can install them in the location you wish. Please call us for a quote (800) 298-1700.

4) Courier Service:

For smaller items (i.e. microwaves, cooktops, hoods, etc.), we may utilize a courier service such as UPS to deliver. Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number. Pricing varies based on service level requested and delivery location. Please call (800) 298-1700 for a quote.

Receipt of Goods:

You will need to inspect the item(s) carefully to assure there is no damage when receiving and sign the proof of delivery (POD) confirming this. If there is any damage, please note this on the POD. If you are refusing delivery due to a damage, please write "Refused Due to Damage" on the POD. If you accept a damaged item, please contact us immediately. Prior to delivery, you will be contacted directly by the delivering carrier to schedule an appointment to delivery. You will need to be present in order to receive, inspect and sign for the delivery. Once an item is removed from its packaging we can no longer return it to the manufacturer.

RDA – Restricted Delivery Area:

While we try to service all of our customers, there are areas in the US that we cannot service with the commercial trucks provided by our current carriers. If you are in one of these areas, we will make every effort to find a carrier that can deliver to your area, but none of the above delivery programs may apply. If we can find a carrier to service your area, we will advise the cost prior to finalizing the sale. If you believe you are in one of these areas, please call us to discuss your options. We are very sorry for this inconvenience but have no control over this.

Ship Date Request:

Looking to buy now but not ready to accept the delivery? No worries, AHC Appliances offers a buy now, ship later program and will store your merchandise in our warehouse (fees may apply) until you are ready to receive delivery. If you need to ship at a later date, please add that information to the notes when checking out. It will be further discussed when you are contacted by our salesperson. Once we are ready to ship, you will be contacted by an AHC salesperson to confirm the date as well as the trucker once they are ready to schedule delivery.
